Natasha Maffioletti
Ambassador for Wellbeing
Natasha Maffioletti (she/her) is a fully qualified Psychodynamic Psychotherapist (Msc).
Tash uses her knowledge and experience to guide monthly support groups online where we hope that those attending can share experiences and feelings that may help to relieve stress and concerns as well as members sharing moments of strength and techniques they have used to support others.
Alongside her role with PACT she works as an Associate Counsellor supporting the emotional needs of students, through talking therapy, at the University of Westminster. Tash has a history of working proactively in people facing roles in the hospitality industry and has been an advocate for inciting change towards Mental Health and Wellbeing awareness by leading organisational wide, interactive sessions; covering topics related to and including Mental Health, Wellbeing, Resilience, Sexual Harassment, and Bullying in the workplace.
Tash also currently manages an independently owned bar and restaurant in London with an emphasis on employee care. Her aim is to transform the relationship in organisations across the employee and employer boundary to include and have an emphasis on the mutual importance and recognition of the needs of individuals. Her goal is to create a flexible working environment that facilitates wellbeing and an understanding of mental health, developing positive working relationships that optimise the growth of all individuals as well as the organisation as a whole.
Tash hopes that by providing a member/student led exploration into the needs of individuals working with PACT, we can co-create a tailored safe space that enables everyone's mental health requirements to be communicated, acknowledged, understood, and facilitated. Tash is based in East London with her partner and three-legged Staffy-cross rescue dog, Peggy.
